Do I need an account to order?
No account needed. Just add items to your basket, fill in your details at checkout, and send the WhatsApp message. It's quick and simple.
What is the Wishlist?
The Wishlist (bookmark icon on product pages and cards) lets you save products you're interested in for later. Your wishlist is saved locally in your browser.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on orders over our threshold (shown in the bar at the top of the site). Orders below this threshold have a standard delivery charge confirmed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and click 'Place Order via WhatsApp'. This opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message — simply send it and we'll confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). All payment details are sent privately via WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. Crypto payments receive an exclusive discount — check the payment options at checkout.
Can I pay with crypto and get a discount?
Yes! Customers who choose to pay with Bitcoin (BTC) receive a percentage discount on their total order. The discount amount is shown at checkout when you select the crypto payment option. Payment details are sent via WhatsApp.
Do you offer promo codes?
Yes, we run promo codes from time to time. Enter your code in the basket before checkout to apply the discount. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to be the first to know about offers.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you send the WhatsApp message, our team will reply to confirm your order, share payment details, and provide an estimated dispatch time — all within the same WhatsApp chat.

Are your products tested and safe?
Yes. All Supreme Labs products are manufactured in certified facilities. We use only high-quality, tested ingredients. Always check the label and consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions.
Can I use multiple supplements together?
Our products are designed to complement each other. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredient lists for any overlap, particularly with stimulant-based products. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp for personalised advice.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us via WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery to discuss a return or refund.
